Full Body X-rays

Our diagnostic x-ray services provide a comprehensive look at your pet's internal health. Chest x-rays are used to assess the heart and lungs, while abdominal x-rays provide essential insights into the liver, spleen, kidneys, intestinal tract, and bladder. X-rays are also an invaluable tool for evaluating bones and joints.

Dental X-rays

Oral health is vital to your pet's comfort, yet many issues remain hidden beneath the surface. Our dental X-rays allow us to identify bone loss, tooth resorption, and infection below the gumline that a visual exam might miss. We also use this technology to detect hidden or impacted teeth, as well as tumours or abnormal tissue changes, ensuring a thorough diagnosis for effective treatment.

Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS)

Point of care ultrasound is an essential tool for evaluating sick pets and managing emergency situations, allowing us to quickly gain critical, information about your pet's internal health in a non-invasive way. This technology helps our team assess for fluid accumulation around the heart, lungs, and abdominal organs. We can also check for bladder stones and abdominal masses, ensuring rapid and accurate care when it matters most.

In-Depth Ultrasound Consultations

While point-of-care scans can often provide immediate answers, some conditions require a more detailed perspective. If your pet needs more than a point of care ultrasound exam for their chest or belly, we can arrange for a visiting ultrasonographer to come to our clinic or refer your pet to the appropriate specialist. Our goal is to ensure that your companion receives the most accurate diagnosis possible.
